About the Artist

I am currently living and creating my artwork in a little piece of paradise called Bodhi Path in Natural Bridge, Virginia. Pretty much each day, with few exceptions, I am working on paintings, sculptures, mosaics, prints and whatever media strikes my fancy. This has pretty much been my life for as long as I can remember. I think that sums up the big picture of me as a lifelong professional artist.

The smaller, more detailed picture is as follows:
Attended high school in Paris, France where I spent much time studying art history, loitering in museums and collecting dreams. Colleges include Knox College in Galesburg, Il. and University of North Florida, Jacksonville, Fl. where I mostly hung out in the various studio areas.

My life as an artist has included outdoor art shows across the country, gallery representation, a multitude of workshops both given and taken, and from time to time a museum show. Along the way I have been lucky enough to be included in many corporate and private collections.

I have lived and had studios in Florida, New Mexico and now Virginia. I continue to be inspired and moved by the beauty, culture and friends in these regions.
